STUDENT INFORMATION PACKET

Rancho Eagles….get your running shoes on! This is your chance to have fun with your friends, get fit, and help make this a great year for Rancho!  This is the first fundraiser of the year and 100% of the proceeds the kids raise will support Rancho School PTA, which funds things such as: Field trips across all grade levels ($17k), Classroom Supplies ($11k) Youth In Arts ($11k), Author’s Day ($750), Assemblies, Art Supplies, Music Supplies and much more!

Why do we do the Lap-A-Thon?

This is the 6th annual Rancho Lap-A-thon, and it is a school-wide fitness and fundraising activity. The goal is to raise enough funds to support the 2019-2020 budget.  Everything helps and we appreciate your donation no matter how big or small.

Our school goal is to raise $34,000. We strongly encourage all students to work towards a goal of $100 or more.

When and Where is the Lap-A-Thon?

Friday, September 27th, 2019 at Rancho Elementary. Students will run, jog or walk together from 8:40 – 9:30

What does my student need?

To make this event a success we need donations! The day of the event your child will need sturdy shoes, a water bottle, and sunscreen!

There will be great prizes for students based on laps walked/run and dollars raised.

How Does my child get donations?

Students ask friends, family, and neighbors to sponsor them, not per lap but for a flat rate.

Use the Pledge form to keep track of their tax-deductible donation!

100% of the donations raised will directly benefit the Rancho students!
