of the Rancho Elementary Community!!! Friday, May 15th, 2020
How do you get a Kona Kurbside Delivery?…
Well, we are glad you asked! Simply place your order and pay via our Kurbside Kona store:

Orders for deliveries in the Novato area only at this time.
When you get to the end of the checkout process, you will be asked for a delivery time.
Simply choose the drop down option for May 15th labeled with this description:
Novato – Rancho Elementary Area 1pm to 5pm Deliveries
- You must order before Thursday, 5/14 at 12pm PST for delivery. First come first served. If your order doesn’t make the schedule due to capacity we will gladly refund your order or we can add another day for delivery.
- $12 minimum order per address.
- We will email you with a 2 hour delivery window once the schedule for Friday is set (Thursday night).
- We will also send a day of text when we are 10 minutes away from your home.

To protect our communities and workers, additional sanitary precautions will be taken during these deliveries, including:
No refill cups can be honored.
No outside FlavorWave. Your driver will flavor inside.
No money handling, – preorders only
All servers of Kona Ice will be gloved and masked as well to ensure proper food handling practice. Your Kona is never touched by our hands!
Remember, like any delivery service, we will ONLY be able to go to homes or businesses that have placed an order ahead of time in our Kurbside Kona link above.
We will not be able to stop if waved down while driving through your neighborhood. We ask that when we arrive, you come out of your home to meet us curbside on your street.
