Morning Walks and This Week's assemblies

For grades 1 - 5. **TK & K will be added soon!**

To help move students and families onto the yard and reduce congestion at the front gate, we started Morning Walks today! These will take place every day. 
👟 Morning Walk

• 8:15 Students and families may begin walking the perimeter of the lower yard. Students should place their backpacks at their class line first.
• 8:25 Morning supervision begins. Families may leave students unattended at this time.
• 8:38 The bell rings and students line up with their class.

🦅 On Assembly Days
Students will complete their morning walk and line up at the bell as usual. Please do not go directly to the assembly. Students will wait for their teacher, hang their backpacks outside their classroom, and then walk to the MPR with their class.

This week we will have ​assemblies on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Our first Friday Flag is this Friday!

👟 Morning Walk Expectations

• Walk and talk with friends
• Walk counterclockwise around the lower playground
• Be mindful of backpacks and other people's personal items
• Walking only, no running
• Be safe, kind, and aware of others
